Aceh Region's Latest Food Prices: Egg Prices Rise, Chicken Prices Fall

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 2:04 PM WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), garlic bulbs, chicken eggs, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, medium rice, premium rice, milkfish, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) saw the highest price increase of Rp290 (1.95%) to Rp15,200 per kg. The price of Indian mackerel saw the sharpest decrease of Rp2,300 (5.23%) to Rp41,700 per kg.
