Food Prices in East Java Tuesday (11/11): Chicken Meat Prices Up, Red Chili Prices Down

Prices of several food ingredients in East Java today were observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (11/11/2025) at 12:46 PM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include bulk wheat flour, pure beef, broiler eggs, red bird's eye chili, and broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as corn at the farmer level, mackerel, bulk cooking oil, SPHP rice, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler chicken meat saw the highest jump of Rp362 (1.05%) to Rp34,752 per kg. The price of curly red chili, however, experienced the deepest drop of Rp1,206 (2.39%) to Rp49,250 per kg.
