Price of Premium Quality Granulated Sugar in Modern Markets for the Period April 2025-2026

Quoting from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 08:23 WIB, the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in modern markets in Aceh province has not changed compared to the previous day, just like the price developments in the last week.

As for the price in the last month, the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in modern markets has decreased from the previously recorded Rp20.15 thousand per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in modern markets in Aceh over the last three months has increased by 0.25% from the previously traded Rp19.95 thousand per kg.

The record increase in the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2020 with an increase of 7.89%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in March 2021 with a decrease of -7.23%.

According to the PIHPS monitoring, the price of nine staple foods (sembako) today in Aceh recorded 11 commodities down and 11 others up. The sembako with falling prices are Green Bird's Eye Chili, Bird's Eye Chili, Rice, Granulated Sugar, Super II Quality Rice, Super I Quality Rice, Premium Quality Granulated Sugar, Medium II Quality Rice, Medium I Quality Rice, Lower II Quality Rice and Lower I Quality Rice.

5. Cooking Oil per Kg Rp20.9 thousand per kg (up 1.46%)
6. Medium-Sized Garlic per Kg Rp56.5 thousand per kg (up 13%)
7. Bird's Eye Chili per Kg Rp70 thousand per kg (down 12.5%)
8. Rice per Kg Rp15.4 thousand per kg (down 0.65%)
9. Granulated Sugar per Kg Rp18.55 thousand per kg (down 2.88%)
10. Medium-Sized Shallots per Kg Rp57.5 thousand per kg (up 38.55%)
11. Shallots per Kg Rp57.5 thousand per kg (up 38.55%)
12. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1 per Kg Rp20.95 thousand per kg (up 1.21%)
