Central Java Food Prices Friday (25/10): Chili, Rice, and Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (25/10/2024) at 13:49 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 16 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are chicken eggs, milkfish, premium rice, fine iodized salt, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium rice, bulk cooking oil, pure beef, simple packaged cooking oil, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp160 (0.5%) to Rp32,460 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of mackerel decreased the most by Rp380 (1.21%) to Rp30,970 per kg.
