Today's Food Prices (24/2) in Bali: Red Chili Peppers Rise, Soybeans Fall

Some food commodity prices in Bali today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (February 24, 2026) at 13:56 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 3 decreased.

Commodities with price increases are shallots, Honan garlic, broiler chicken meat, large red chili peppers, and curly red chili peppers.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as imported soybeans, bulk granulated sugar, and red bird's eye chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The large red chili pepper commodity increased the most by Rp284 (0.85%) to Rp33,506 per kg. As for imported soybeans, the price decreased the most by Rp66 (0.52%) to Rp12,672 per kg.
