Today's Food Prices in Banten: Chicken, Rice, and Onion Prices Fall

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data as of Monday (11/10/2025) at 1:20 PM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 11 saw an increase and 12 saw a decrease.

Commodities with increased prices include packaged cooking oil, milkfish, Indian mackerel, consumption sugar, and red cayenne pepper.

Meanwhile, prices for several commodities such as premium rice, consumption salt, broiler chicken, medium rice, and curly red chili have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chili saw the highest jump of Rp2,650 (4.47%) to Rp61,944 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices fell the sharpest by Rp1,705 (2.7%) to Rp61,545 per kg.
