Today's Food Prices (24/2) in Banten: Red Chili Prices Drop

Some food commodity prices in Banten today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (February 24, 2026) at 15:46 WIB, among 16 commodities, 1 commodity increased and 4 decreased.

The only commodity with a price increase was bulk palm cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as broiler eggs, large red chilies, red bird's eye chilies, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk palm cooking oil had the highest increase of Rp71 (0.42%) to Rp17,119 per liter. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices dropped the most by Rp3,542 (7.72%) to Rp42,333 per kg.
