Today's Food Prices in Banten: Salt Up, Onions Down

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (28/12/2024) at 12.21 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, premium rice, farmer-level corn, medium rice, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, skipjack tuna, bulk wheat flour, shallots, and mackerel have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Farmer-level corn experienced the highest price increase of Rp880 (11.86%), reaching Rp8,300 per kg. Shallots saw the sharpest price drop of Rp1,090 (2.74%), reaching Rp38,730 per kg.
