Transportation Costs in Bau Bau City Increased by 0.05% in April

The prices of components contributing to inflation in personal transportation equipment operation in Bau Bau City in April were 0.05%. This figure is higher than the previous month, which was recorded at -6.88%. Among the nine inflation groups measured in this region, the transportation group contributed 0.29% to the regional inflation.

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) reported that the consumer price index (CPI) for transportation in Bau Bau City was at 115.19 in April 2024, higher than the previous month's 115.13.

Compared to the same month last year, transportation inflation has fallen by 5.8% (year on year/yoy). Compared to the beginning of the year, the prices of components contributing to inflation in Bau Bau City have grown by 0.05% (year to date/ytd).

According to BPS survey data for April 2024, these 11 inflation groups ranked third compared to other subgroups.
