The manufacturing sector in West Bandung Regency is the mainstay sector and contributed the largest share to the GRDP in 2023, reaching Rp23.44 billion. This represents a 5.3% growth compared to the previous year's Rp22.01 billion.
Second is the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sector, which grew by 1.59% to Rp7.25 billion, followed by the wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles sector with a GRDP of Rp7.06 billion (4.03%).
The final sector in the top five is transportation and warehousing, with a GRDP of Rp3.41 billion. This sector recorded a growth of 10.37% compared to the previous year's figure of Rp2.91 billion.
