West Java Food Prices Thursday (25/7): Rice, Oil, and Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (25/7/2024) at 08.37 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 16 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are wheat flour (bulk), dry soybean (import), chicken eggs, chicken meat, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, medium rice, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), milkfish, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp9,880 (14.44%) to Rp78,300 per kg. Meanwhile, iodized fine salt experienced the largest price decrease of Rp2,380 (23.31%) to Rp7,830 per kg.

9. Chicken Eggs: Rp28,000 per kg (up 0.21%)
