The price of local granulated sugar in Bali's modern markets has decreased by 0.28% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 08:23 WIB, the daily price of local granulated sugar in Bali's modern markets showed no change compared to the previous day, mirroring the trend of the past week.

Over the past month, however, the daily price of local granulated sugar in modern markets has decreased from the previous record of Rp17,900 per kg.

In the last three months, the daily price of local granulated sugar in Bali's modern markets has increased by 1.13% from the previous trading price of Rp17,650 per kg.

The highest recorded increase in the daily price of local granulated sugar in the province's modern markets occurred in July 2017, with a 60.12% increase, while the lowest decrease was recorded in July 2017 at -32.8%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Bali show 12 commodities decreased and 11 increased. The commodities with price decreases are Chicken Meat, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2, Low-Quality Rice I, Cooking Oil, Red Chili, Green Chili, Chili, Curly Red Chili, Large Red Chili, Fresh Chicken Meat, Red Chili, and Local Granulated Sugar.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today, compared to the price changes over the past month in Bali Province:

1. Fresh Chicken Eggs per Kg: Rp40,100 per kg (up 0.63%)
2. Grade 1 Beef per Kg: Rp180,600 per kg (unchanged)
3. Grade 2 Beef per Kg: Rp192,300 per kg (unchanged)
4. Shallot per Kg: Rp75,250 per kg (up 23.16%)
5. Beef per Kg: Rp186,450 per kg (unchanged)
6. Chicken Eggs per Kg: Rp40,100 per kg (up 0.63%)
7. Chicken Meat per Kg: Rp46,250 per kg (down 4.34%)
8. Super II Rice per Kg: Rp16,050 per kg (up 0.31%)
9. Medium Shallot per Kg: Rp75,250 per kg (up 23.16%)
10. Medium II Rice per Kg: Rp15,200 per kg (up 1.33%)
11. Garlic per Kg: Rp59,950 per kg (up 3.36%)
12. Granulated Sugar per Kg: Rp18,300 per kg (unchanged)
