What was the actual transfer of regional and village funds in June 2019?

The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) reports that the realization of Transfers to Regions and Village Funds (TKDD) reached Rp 403.95 trillion, or 48.86 percent of the 2019 State Budget (APBN) target of Rp 826.77 trillion. This realization grew by 4.77 percent year-on-year (yoy) compared to the same period last year, which amounted to Rp 385.57 trillion.

TKDD is divided into two categories: Transfers to Regions and Village Funds. The realization of Transfers to Regions reached Rp 352.29 trillion, or 48.62 percent of the 2019 APBN target of Rp 724.59 trillion. This figure is 4.02 percent higher (yoy) compared to the previous period.

Details of Transfers to Regions consist of Balancing Funds with a realization of Rp 352.29 trillion, or 48.62 percent of the Rp 724.59 trillion target, and Regional Incentive Funds amounting to Rp 5.17 trillion, or 51.75 percent of the Rp 10 trillion target. In addition, Special Autonomy Funds and Yogyakarta Special Region Entitlement Funds amounted to Rp 4.65 trillion, or 20.97 percent of the Rp 22.18 trillion target. Meanwhile, the realization of Village Funds reached Rp 41.83 trillion, or 59.76 percent of the Rp 70 trillion target.
