Food Prices Today, November 25, in Banten: Cayenne Pepper Up, Eggs Down

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Necessities Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (November 25, 2025) at 1:25 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 4 increased and 2 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are large red chili, curly red chili, red cayenne pepper, and broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as broiler eggs and red onions decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The red cayenne pepper commodity increased the most by Rp2,000 (4.08%) to Rp51,000 per kg. Meanwhile, broiler egg prices dropped the sharpest by Rp200 (0.68%) to Rp29,300 per kg.
