Today's Food Prices February 11 in Jakarta: Chicken Meat and Egg Prices Rise

Several food commodity prices in Jakarta were observed to increase today compared to yesterday.

Quoting data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (February 11, 2026) at 18:01 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 2 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include Honan garlic, bulk palm cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, premium packaged palm cooking oil, and red cayenne pepper.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as imported soybeans and large red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest jump of Rp1,250 (2.58%) to Rp49,750 per kg. Imported soybeans experienced the sharpest drop of Rp300 (2.01%) to Rp14,600 per kg.
