Jambi Food Price Update Today: Chili Prices Rise, Other Chili Prices Fall (Monday, December 4, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Monday (4/12/2023) at 09.50 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 3 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are red chilies, skipjack tuna, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, mackerel, and broiler chicken decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp3,610 (4.36%) to Rp86,350 per kg. Curly red chilies experienced the lowest price decrease, dropping Rp2,400 (3.43%) to Rp67,660 per kg.
