The manufacturing sector in East Jakarta recorded a value of Rp161.28 trillion in 2023, ranking first among the 17 sectors. This represents a 1.11% growth compared to the previous year's figure of Rp155.27 trillion.
Next in second place is the wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles sector, which grew by 4.53% to Rp105.28 trillion, followed by the construction sector in third place with a GRDP of Rp60.66 trillion (2.51%).
Furthermore, other sectors contributing to the top five are education services with a GRDP of Rp36.72 trillion.

The sectors with the smallest distribution are Financial and Insurance Services, Electricity and Gas Supply, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Water Supply, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling, and Mining and Quarrying.
