East Java Food Price List Today: Cooking Oil, Salt, and Sugar Prices Increase (Saturday, March 9, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Saturday (9/3/2024) at 11:10 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, granulated sugar, red chilies, chicken eggs, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, garlic cloves, mackerel, premium rice, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most by Rp1,570 (3.04%) to Rp53,150 per kg. Farmer-level corn prices decreased the most by Rp340 (4.57%) to Rp7,100 per kg.
