The price of Grade 2 beef in East Java increased by 2.24% over the past week.

The price of grade 2 beef in East Java reached Rp 145,800 per kg on Monday, June 6, 2022. Compared to other regions, this area showed the highest price increase in the last week.

According to daily commodity price data from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center, the price of grade 2 beef in East Java increased by 2.24% within a week.

Compared to the price 30 days prior, however, the price of grade 2 beef in this region is still lower by -1.02%.

Nevertheless, over the past year, the selling price of grade 2 beef in modern markets in East Java has actually decreased. The previous highest record reached Rp 147,300 per kg.

From January to June 2022, the price of grade 2 beef in modern markets showed a downward trend, decreasing by -1.02% compared to the previous month.
