Complete List of Food Prices in Central Java Today, What is the Price of Beef? (Saturday, December 23, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 12:21 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, shallot bulbs, red onion, farmer-level corn, and iodized fine salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium rice, red chili peppers, broiler chicken meat, curly red chilies, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt experienced the highest price increase of Rp610 (5.23%), reaching Rp12,270 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili peppers saw the lowest price decrease of Rp3,910 (5.21%), reaching Rp71,120 per kg.
