Today's Food Prices in Lampung February 27: Oil Rises, Bird's Eye Chili Falls

Several food commodity prices in Lampung today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (February 27, 2026) at 16:48 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 5 decreased in price.

The commodities that experienced price increases are bulk palm cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, and shallots.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as broiler chicken eggs, red bird's eye chili, Minyakita, curly red chili, and large red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk palm cooking oil saw the highest jump of Rp228 (1.34%) to Rp17,272 per liter. Meanwhile, red bird's eye chili prices fell the most sharply by Rp2,455 (4.24%) to Rp55,378 per kg.

8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,994 per kg (down 0.12%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,644 per liter (unchanged)
