Transportation Costs in Banyuwangi Regency Increased by 0.43% in June

In June, the price of vehicle purchase components contributing to inflation in Banyuwangi Regency was 0.43%. This is higher than the previous month's 0.23%. Among the seven inflation groups measured in this region, the transportation group contributed 0.21% to the regional inflation.

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) reported that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for transportation in Banyuwangi Regency was at 108.89 in June 2024, higher than the previous month's 108.42.

Compared to the same month last year, transportation inflation has decreased by 6.44% (year on year/yoy). Compared to the beginning of the year, the prices of components contributing to inflation in Banyuwangi Regency have grown by 1.01% (year to date/ytd).

This sub-group inflation experienced the second-highest increase compared to other contributing sub-groups.
