Bali Food Price Update Today: Rice Prices Up, Cooking Oil Prices Down (Sunday, March 24, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Sunday (24/3/2024) at 09.28 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, milkfish, bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, chicken eggs, granulated sugar, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of Rp3,250 (8.89%) to Rp39,790 per kg. Meanwhile, bulk cooking oil saw the lowest price decrease of Rp2,060 (12.42%) to Rp14,530 per liter.

9. Red Onion: Rp27,980 per kg (down 4.89%)
10. Skipjack Tuna: Rp25,720 per kg (up 0.9%)
