Food Prices Sunday (7/9) Jambi Region: Oil and Red Chili Prices Decrease

Prices of several food commodities in Jambi today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (7/9/2025) at 11:31 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include Minyakita cooking oil, curly red chili, red cayenne pepper, broiler eggs, and broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged cooking oil, red onion, dried soybean (imported), premium rice, and large red chili decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Curly red chili commodity jumped the highest by Rp3,340 (6.46%) to Rp55,067 per kg. The price of large red chili dropped the sharpest by Rp3,917 (7.17%) to Rp50,750 per kg.
