Current Food Prices in West Java, How Much are Chilies?

Food prices in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Sunday (7/7/2024) at 10:53 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, pure beef, milkfish, granulated sugar, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, fine iodized salt, broiler chicken, dry soybean (import), and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of IDR 2,100 (6.03%), reaching IDR 36,940 per kg. Farmer-level corn saw the sharpest price decrease of IDR 200 (3.68%), reaching IDR 5,240 per kg.
