Latest Bali Food Prices: Cooking Oil Price Up, Chili Price Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Tuesday (22/10/2024) at 13.06 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased in price and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, SPHP rice, farmer-level corn, shallots, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, pure beef, dry soybean (import), chicken eggs, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Cooking oil (loose) saw the highest price increase of Rp650 (4.14%) to Rp16,350 per liter. Skipjack tuna prices saw the sharpest decrease of Rp970 (3.82%) to Rp24,440 per kg.
