Current Food Prices in Lampung: Beef and Red Chili Prices Increase

Prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (21/9/2025) at 10:57 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 14 increased and 9 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include red cayenne pepper, large red chili, bulk cooking oil, corn at the farmer level, and garlic bulb.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as premium rice, medium rice, consumption sugar, mackerel, and broiler eggs decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

The price of large red chili increased the most by Rp4,729 (8.16%) to Rp62,667 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of mackerel decreased the sharpest by Rp1,136 (3.5%) to Rp31,364 per kg.

9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp29,091 per kg (down 1.89%)
