Bali Food Prices Tuesday (April 30th): Onion and Chili Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (30/4/2024) at 15.07 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are wheat flour (bulk), skipjack tuna, simple packaged cooking oil, medium rice, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, shallots, chicken eggs, dry soybean (import), and red chilies have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil saw the highest price increase of Rp430 (2.74%) to Rp16,110 per liter. Meanwhile, red chili saw the lowest price decrease of Rp3,420 (9.41%) to Rp32,910 per kg.
