Latest Indonesian Regional Food Prices: What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in Indonesia today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (25/9/2024) at 08.01 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 20 commodities increased in price and 1 commodity decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, chicken eggs, red chilies, and livestock-grade corn.

Meanwhile, only pure beef showed a price decrease compared to yesterday.

Livestock-grade corn experienced the highest price increase of Rp610 (10.22%), reaching Rp6,580 per kg. Pure beef experienced the sharpest price decrease of Rp960 (0.71%), reaching Rp133,680 per kg.
