Lampung Food Prices Saturday (October 12th): Onion, Oil, and Rice Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (12/10/2024) at 11:49 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 13 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk wheat flour, garlic bulbs, Indian mackerel, iodized fine salt, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chili peppers, pure beef, milkfish, premium rice, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk wheat flour experienced the highest price increase, jumping Rp340 (3.19%) to Rp11,000 per kg. Red chili peppers saw the sharpest price drop, falling Rp1,570 (4.0%) to Rp37,690 per kg.
