Today's Food Price List in Yogyakarta Special Region: Chili and Sugar Prices Down (Sunday, December 31, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at 2:31 PM WIB, out of 19 commodities, 6 commodities increased in price and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include milkfish, bulk cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, mackerel, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, chicken eggs, chicken meat, red chilies, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil saw the highest price increase of Rp850 (6.43%), reaching Rp14,070 per liter. Curly red chilies experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp2,160 (3.84%), reaching Rp54,070 per kg.
