Today's Food Prices in West Java: Egg, Beef, and Rice Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (24/11/2024) at 15.22 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, simple packaged cooking oil, milkfish, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, skipjack tuna, farmer-level corn, red chilies, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp750 (2.03%) to Rp37,670 per kg. Farmer-level corn prices decreased the most sharply by Rp80 (1.43%) to Rp5,530 per kg.
