Food Prices in West Java Friday (5/9), What is the Price of Beef?

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency''s (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (5/9/2025) at 10.22 AM WIB, out of 24 commodities, 6 increased and 17 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include large red chilies, bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken meat, skipjack tuna, and mackerel.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour, consumption salt, packaged cooking oil, red bird''s eye chilies, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Large red chilies saw the highest surge of Rp4,160 (9.73%) to Rp46,926 per kg. Red onions, on the other hand, experienced the deepest drop of Rp1,860 (4.71%) to Rp37,606 per kg.
