Today's Food Price List in West Java: Chili, Onion, and Sugar Prices Increase (Wednesday, April 3, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (3/4/2024) at 11:05 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, granulated sugar, red chilies, bulk cooking oil, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, farmer-level corn, dry soybeans (import), pure beef, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase is wheat flour (bulk), up by Rp370 (3.64%) to Rp10,540 per kg. The commodity with the lowest price decrease is farmer-level corn, down by Rp410 (6.6%) to Rp5,800 per kg.
