Lampung Food Prices Wednesday (April 16th): Onion Prices Up, Egg Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Wednesday (16/4/2025) at 14:18 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 16 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, table salt, dry soybean (import), large red chilies, and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, SPHP rice, pure beef, granulated sugar, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp2,810 (6.23%), reaching Rp47,879 per kg. Milkfish prices, on the other hand, saw the sharpest decrease of Rp537 (1.97%), reaching Rp26,680 per kg.
