Banten Food Price Update Today: Onion Prices Up, Chili Prices Down (Sunday, February 25, 2024)

The price of several food commodities in Banten today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (25/2/2024) at 13:15 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, chicken eggs, milkfish, mackerel, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, granulated sugar, bulk cooking oil, farmer-level corn, and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna increased the most by Rp710 (2.22%) to Rp32,640 per kg. The price of farmer-level corn decreased the most by Rp370 (3.98%) to Rp8,930 per kg.
