Today's Food Prices in Bali on February 27: Garlic Up, Red Chili Down

Several food commodity prices in Bali today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (February 27, 2026) at 1:56 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 1 commodity increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

The only commodity with a price increase was Honan garlic.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as premium rice, large red chili, curly red chili, broiler chicken meat, and red bird's eye chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Honan garlic saw the highest jump of Rp297 (0.92%) to Rp32,556 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices dropped the most by Rp531 (1.26%) to Rp41,691 per kg.

3. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp41,938 per kg (down 0.79%)
4. Curly Red Chili: Rp41,691 per kg (down 1.26%)
5. Large Red Chili: Rp35,407 per kg (down 0.1%)
6. Shallots: Rp33,099 per kg (down 0.15%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp32,556 per kg (up 0.92%)
8. Broiler Eggs: Rp28,493 per kg (unchanged)
9. Packaged Premium Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,034 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,193 per liter (unchanged)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,096 per kg (unchanged)
