Daily Prices of Curly Red Chili Peppers at Traditional Markets, March 2024-2025

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of curly red chilies in traditional markets in Bangka Belitung Province is recorded at Rp62,250. This price is unchanged compared to the previous day, and similarly, there has been no change in price over the past week.

However, compared to the last month, the daily price of curly red chilies in traditional markets has decreased from the previous record of Rp79,400.

Meanwhile, the daily price of curly red chilies in traditional markets in Bangka Belitung Province over the last three months has increased by 96.06% from the previous price of Rp31,750.

The highest record for the daily price increase of curly red chilies in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in June 2019 with an increase of 71.27%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2021 with a decrease of -34.94%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Bangka Belitung Province show four commodities decreased and 17 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Beef, Premium Quality Sugar, Super I Quality Rice, and Grade 1 Beef.
