The price of branded packaged cooking oil in traditional markets in West Papua Province increased by 2.23% in the last month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 4:45 PM WIB, the daily price of branded packaged cooking oil in traditional markets in West Papua Province has not changed compared to the previous day, similar to the price trend over the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of branded packaged cooking oil in traditional markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp24,700.

Meanwhile, the price of branded packaged cooking oil in traditional markets in West Papua over the past three months has increased by 1.41% from the previously recorded price of Rp24,900.

The record high for the daily price of branded packaged cooking oil in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in October 2017 with an increase of 28.25%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in October 2017 with a decrease of -22.03%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in West Papua show three commodities decreased and 21 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are daily Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Grade II Medium Quality Rice, and daily Curly Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province.
