Food Prices Today (10/12) in Indonesia: Red Chili Up, Beef Down

Prices of several food commodities in Indonesia today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (10/12/2025) at 14.24 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 1 commodity decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are large red chilies, chicken eggs, curly red chilies, broiler chicken meat, and red bird's eye chilies.

Meanwhile, only beef hind quarter decreased compared to yesterday's price.

Curly red chili commodity increased the highest by Rp600 (1.03%) to Rp59,100 per kg. As for beef hind quarter, the price decreased the most by Rp100 (0.07%) to Rp140,900 per kg.

8. Chicken Eggs: Rp33,400 per kg (up 0.6%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp22,300 per liter (stable)
10. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp18,200 per kg (stable)
