West Java Food Prices Thursday (December 12th): Egg Prices Up, Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (12/12/2024) at 11:21 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include: curly red chilies, dry soybean (import), chicken eggs, medium rice, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, SPHP rice, simple packaged cooking oil, garlic cloves, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Chicken eggs saw the highest price increase of Rp500 (1.77%), reaching Rp28,820 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of Indian mackerel saw the sharpest decrease of Rp840 (2.1%), reaching Rp39,250 per kg.
