Current Food Prices in Aceh: Onions Up, Chicken Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (6/11/2024) at 13:38 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 4 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, red chilies, bulk wheat flour, shallots, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as iodized fine salt, milkfish, packaged (non-bulk) wheat flour, and broiler chicken decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots experienced the highest price increase, up by Rp800 (2.44%) to Rp33,540 per kg. Milkfish saw the largest price decrease, down by Rp550 (1.58%) to Rp34,310 per kg.
