This is the 2023 Compliance Rate of State Institutions and Companies' LHKPN.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has compiled data showing that a total of 407,290 individuals were required to submit State Officials' Wealth Report (LHKPN) for the reporting year 2023, updated as of April 2024.

Of this number, 391,705 individuals have submitted their LHKPN, resulting in a national LHKPN reporting rate of 96.17% as of April 2024.

Although this figure appears relatively high, the percentage of those categorized as 'compliant' or having completed their reports is lower. This can be seen from the breakdown by sector.

The executive branch has the highest number of reporting obligations, with 324,077 individuals as of April 2024. Of this number, 96.83% have submitted their LHKPN, but only 50.42% of those who submitted have completed their reports.

The second largest sector is State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and Regional-Owned Enterprises (ROEs), with 44,805 reporting obligations, a reporting rate of 98.07%, and compliance rate of 53.51%.

Third is the legislative branch with 20,005 reporting obligations, a reporting rate of only 78.67%, and a compliance rate of 42.47%. This sector has the lowest rates among all sectors.

Fourth is the judiciary with 18,405 reporting obligations. Its reporting rate is 99.05%, and its compliance rate is 67.45%.

Therefore, a total of 208,288 individuals passed the administrative verification by the Directorate of LHKPN Registration and Examination and were declared to have completed their reports. This number only accounts for 51.14% of those who submitted reports for the 2023 reporting year based on the latest data from April 2024.
