As of Monday, September 13, 2021, a total of 117.74 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered nationwide. This includes 73.84 million first doses, 42.33 million second doses, and 1.57 million doses administered through the community-based vaccination program ("vaksinasi gotong royong").
A total of 1.95 million healthcare workers have received their first dose (133.08% of the target). 1.79 million healthcare workers have received their second dose (121.75% of the target). Furthermore, 792,380 healthcare workers have received a third dose (53.95% of the target).
For public sector workers, 27.52 million individuals have received their first dose (158.83% of the target), while 14.05 million (81.09% of the target) have received their second dose.
The elderly were prioritized in the initial vaccination phase. To date, 5.7 million elderly individuals (26.43% of the target) have received their first dose, and 4.04 million (18.74% of the target) have received their second dose.
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 34.59 million individuals (25.14% of the target) have received their first dose, and 19.62 million (14.36% of the target) have received their second dose.
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17 years, 3.16 million (11.83% of the target) have received their first dose, and 2.17 million (8.13% of the target) have received their second dose.
