By target group, the details of the vaccination program to combat the COVID-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 189,910 recipients. For the first dose, 189,910 people were vaccinated (143.8% of the target), and for the second dose, 140.53% of the target was achieved, or 266,880 people.
For public sector workers, the target was 2.07 million people. The first dose vaccination reached 2.78 million people (134.33% of the target), and the second dose reached 121.39% of the target, with 2.51 million doses administered.
For the elderly, the target was 4.34 million people. The first dose was administered to 3.15 million people (72.55% of the target). The second dose reached 53.92% of the target, or 2.34 million people.
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 21.64 million people. The first dose was administered to 16.51 million people (76.65% of the target). The second dose reached 61.01% of the target, or 13.13 million people.
For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 3.59 million people. The first dose was administered to 3.46 million people (96.41% of the target). The second dose reached 83.87% of the target, with 3.01 million doses administered.
