Nganjuk Regency in East Java has used 717,890 doses of vaccine as of Sunday, November 21, 2021. This figure represents an 18.99 percent increase compared to the previous week's vaccine usage of 603,300 doses.
Compared to other regions in East Java, the regency experienced the highest growth in vaccination implementation over the past week. This growth was driven by the local government's efforts to catch up on the vaccination program, which is still below the provincial average. Currently, the first dose vaccination coverage in Nganjuk Regency has reached 53.06%, while the average for regencies/cities in the province is above 71.7%.
According to daily data released by the Ministry of Health, the weekly average vaccination in this region is 4,257 doses. This figure is below the average for regencies/cities in East Java. With an available vaccine stock of 87,866 doses, it is estimated that the vaccine in Nganjuk Regency will run out within the next 20 days.
Regarding provincial-level vaccination achievements, the total first dose vaccination in East Java has reached 68.27 percent, covering 21.73 million vaccine recipients. The second dose vaccination has reached 44.71 percent, covering 14.23 million vaccine recipients.
