As of Monday, January 10, 2022, a total of 290.38 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered nationwide. This includes 170.72 million first doses, 117.12 million second doses, and 2.54 million doses administered through the community-based vaccination program ("vaksinasi gotong royong").
A total of 1.96 million healthcare workers have received their first dose, representing 139.27% of the target. 1.33 million healthcare workers have received their second dose (133.63% of the target). Furthermore, 1.33 million healthcare workers (90.37% of the target) have received a third dose, as recommended by the government.
For public sector workers, 23.47 million people (135.47% of the target) have received their first dose, and 21.18 million (122.24% of the target) have received their second dose.
Initially, the elderly were prioritized. To date, 14.72 million elderly individuals (68.31% of the target) have received their first dose, and 9.41 million (43.65% of the target) have received their second dose.
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 99.49 million people (71.39% of the target) have received their first dose, and 65.75 million (47.43% of the target) have received their second dose.
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17 years, 23.13 million (86.63% of the target) have received their first dose, and 17.58 million (65.84% of the target) have received their second dose.
