This figure is equivalent to 3.16 million vaccine recipients, exceeding the target of 2.88 million people. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination has reached 94.2 percent of the target.
Based on target groups, the details of the COVID-19 vaccination in the province are as follows: The health workforce target was 33,800 recipients. For the first dose, 33,800 people were vaccinated (162.45 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 158.77 percent of the target was achieved, reaching 42,480 people.
For public officials, the target was 334,750 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 581,660 people (173.76 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 163.93 percent of the target, with 548,750 doses administered.
For the elderly, the target was 472,850 people. The first dose was administered to 391,920 people (82.88 percent of the target). The second dose reached 74.04 percent of the target, with 350,090 doses administered.
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 1.73 million people. The first dose was reportedly administered to 1.48 million people (86.12 percent of the target). The second dose reached 78.53 percent of the target, with 1.34 million doses administered.
For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 311,600 people. The first dose was administered to 358,400 people (115.02 percent of the target). The second dose reached 104.58 percent of the target, with 325,860 doses administered.
