South Halmahera is the regency with the highest first dose elderly vaccination coverage at 106.45 percent. The elderly vaccination coverage in this regency is better than the previous week, which was recorded at 106.35 percent.
The same condition occurred in Taliabu Island, which recorded a first dose elderly vaccination coverage of 90.28 percent. In this regency, the first dose elderly vaccination coverage is also higher than the previous week, which was only 89.78 percent. Next is West Halmahera. This regency in North Maluku province recorded a first dose elderly vaccination coverage of 86.13 percent.
Morotai Island and East Halmahera are next, with recorded first dose elderly vaccination coverage of 81.85 percent and 74.39 percent, respectively.
Nationally, the average first dose elderly vaccination coverage across the 34 provinces is currently on an upward trend compared to the previous week, which was only 69.22 percent.
