The number of people in West Kalimantan who have received their first dose of the vaccine is 2.84 million.

As of Thursday, January 20, 2022, West Kalimantan Province has achieved a 73.41% vaccination rate for the first dose. This equates to 2.84 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 3.87 million people. The second dose vaccination rate has reached 51.2% of the target.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 25,020 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully administered to 25,020 individuals (141.99% of the target), and for the second dose, 137.31% of the target was achieved, or 24,700 individuals.

For public officials, the target was 291,650 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 290,350 individuals (99.55% of the target), and the second dose achieved 92.43%, or 269,580 individuals.

For the elderly, the target was 350,690 individuals. The first dose was administered to 176,970 individuals (50.46% of the target). The second dose reached only 30.29%, or 106,220 individuals.

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 2.64 million individuals. The first dose was administered to 1.86 million individuals (72.05% of the target). The second dose reached only 46.7%, or 1.2 million individuals.

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 569,700 individuals. The first dose was administered to 431,950 individuals (75.82% of the target). The second dose reached only 59.94%, or 341,450 individuals.
